1.12. Adjustment of provision of a steering wheel

On the car the steering column regulated on a tilt angle is established. Before a trip adjust the provision of a steering wheel so that it was convenient to operate the car and devices in a combination were well visible.

Note We recommend to regulate the provision of a steering wheel after seat installation in convenient situation (see. «Adjustment of provision of forward seats»).

Prevention Regulate the provision of a steering wheel only on the motionless car. If in adjustment attempt in movement indistinctly to fix a steering column and it will unexpectedly move, you can lose control over the car.

For adjustment unblock a steering column, having lowered the lever down, adjust the provision of a steering wheel on a tilt angle so that all devices in a combination of devices were visible, and hands on a steering wheel were in the most convenient situation. Then block a steering column, having lifted the lever against the stop up.
