8.5.4. Replacement of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering

The pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering is established on the engine on the left side and is brought from a pulley of a cranked shaft by a maple belt.

It be required to you: keys «on 10», «on 13», «on 19», keys-shestigranniki «on 6», «on 8», «on 10», пассатижи.

1. Remove a belt of a drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering (see. «Replacement of a belt of a drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering»).

2. Compress the unbent short moustaches of a collar of fastening of a hose of the returnable highway пассатижами, shift a collar on a hose...	3.... also disconnect a hose from the union of the pump, plums from a hose working liquid of the hydraulic booster in suitable capacity.

4. Turn out a fastening bolt union to the pump of the delivery highway...	5.... also disconnect the highway.

6. Take from a pipeline tip a bolt union and remove two sealing rezinometallichesky rings, established from both parties of a tip.

Prevention Sealing rings of a tip of the pressure head highway replace new at each dismantling of connection.

7. Turn out a bolt of fastening of an arm of the pump to the tension device...	8.... bolt of the tension device...

9.... the bottom...	10.... and top bolts of fastening of an arm of the pump...

11.... also remove the pump together with an arm.	12. If the pump removed for replacement, and on the new pump there is no arm, turn out three bolts of fastening of a pulley of the pump, holding its shaft from a provorachivaniye the second key...

13.... also remove a pulley.	14. Turn out on three bolts back...

15.... and forward arm fastenings to the pump...	16.... also remove an arm.

17. Establish a pulley and an arm on the new pump.

Note For repair of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering the special equipment is necessary. Therefore the faulty pump replace new or address in the service center.
