9.8.3. Replacement of disks of brake mechanisms of forward wheels

At existence on a working surface of disks задиров, deep рисок and other defects increasing wear of blocks and reducing efficiency of braking, and also in case of the increased lateral palpation of the disk causing vibrations at braking, replace disks. In specialized workshops the disk can be pierced and прошлифовать from both parties on identical depth, but after processing the thickness of a disk should be not less minimum admissible value – 19 mm. If thickness of one of disks less than the specified value, replace both disks. At replacement of brake disks surely replace brake shoes with a new set.

It be required to you: a key «on 17», a key for bolts of wheels, a screw-driver with a crosswise edge.

1. Remove a wheel.

2. Turn out two bolts of fastening...	3.... and, without disconnecting a brake hose, remove a support of the forward brake mechanism, having fixed it a wire on a spring of a forward suspension bracket. Thus do not allow twisting or a hose tension.

4. Turn out the lock screw...	5.... also remove a brake disk.

6. Similarly remove the right brake disk.

7. Establish details as it should be, the return to removal.

Note Before disk installation carefully clear privalochny surfaces of a nave and a disk of a rust and scale as even the smallest particle clamped between privalochny surfaces, will cause disk and vibration palpation when braking.
