7.2.6. Replacement of a beam of a back suspension bracket

The beam of a back suspension bracket is more convenient for removing on the lift. If there is no possibility to establish the car on the lift, lift a back part of the car, having established a jack under a beam. Then establish support under nests for jack installation on a car body.

Prevention Weaken and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel only on the car standing on the earth.

It be required to you: keys «on 17» (two), «on 19» (two).

1. Remove back wheels.

2. Disconnect from arms on levers of a beam of a back suspension bracket the bottom ends of amortizatorny racks (see. «Removal and installation of an amortizatorny rack of a back suspension bracket»).	3. Take back cables of a drive of the parking brake from holders on arms of fastening of a beam of a back suspension bracket to a body (see. «Replacement of cables of a drive of the parking brake»).

4. Remove brake drums from both parties (see. «Removal and installation of drums of brake mechanisms of back wheels»).	5. Disconnect back cables of the parking brake from razzhimny levers of brake mechanisms of back wheels (see. «Replacement of blocks of brake mechanisms of back wheels»)...

6.... also take cables from openings of boards of brakes.	7. Disconnect on one brake hose from both parties from pipelines on a beam of a back suspension bracket (see. «Replacement of hoses of hydraulic actuators of brakes») also muffle openings of hoses.

8. Unscrew nuts of bolts of fastening of a beam to arms on a body, take bolts and remove a beam assembled with the stabilizer of cross-section stability.

Prevention The beam of a back suspension bracket can be removed, having turned out on three bolts of fastening of its arms to a body. However it is necessary to consider that after long operation корродируют and attempt of their reversing can lead bolts of fastening of arms to carving failure, breakage of bolts or a separation of privarny nuts from the body basis.

9. Establish a beam of a back suspension bracket as it should be, the return to removal. Finally tighten nuts of bolts of fastening of a beam on the car standing on the earth.

10. After installation of a beam pump over brake system (see. «Pumping of a hydraulic actuator of brake system») and if necessary adjust the parking brake (see. «Adjustment of a drive of the parking brake»).
