5.12.1. Features of a design
Greasing system the combined: the most loaded details are greased under pressure, and the others — either the directed razbryzgivaniye, or a razbryzgivaniye of the oil following from gaps between interfaced details. Pressure in system of greasing is created by the shesterenchaty oil pump with the internal trokhoidalny gearing of gear wheels established outside in a forward part of the block of cylinders and put in action from the forward end of a cranked shaft.
The pump soaks up oil from an oil case of the engine through a maslopriyemnik with the mesh filter and via the polnopotochny oil filter with a filtering element from porous paper submits it to the trunk oil main located in a body of the block of cylinders on the left side. Channels of a supply of oil depart from the trunk main to radical bearings of a cranked shaft. Oil to shatunny bearings moves via the channels executed in a body of a cranked shaft, and further on channels in cores of rods to openings in their top part through which it is sprayed on walls of cylinders and the bottom of pistons. The vertical channel of a supply of oil departs from the trunk oil main to cases of camshafts and to the top longitudinal oil canal connected by drillings in a head of the block to hydrojacks of gaps in the valve the mechanism. In a face part of the top longitudinal channel will screw the reduktsionny valve limiting pressure of oil in a head of cylinders.
For greasing of bearings of camshafts oil from the vertical channel arrives to the central axial canals of camshafts through a radial opening in a neck of the third bearing and is distributed on them to other bearings.
Cams of a camshaft are oiled, arriving from the central axial channels through radial openings in cams. Excessive oil merges from a block head in an oil case via vertical drainage channels.
