7.1.8. Replacement of the lever of a forward suspension bracket

The lever of a forward suspension bracket replace at its damage or at wear of the rezinometallichesky hinge or сайлентблока.

It be required to you: all tools necessary for removal of a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket (see. «Removal and installation of a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket»), a key «on 19», an opravka for a vypressovka from the back hinge of the lever of the rasporny plug (it is possible to use a head from a tool kit of suitable diameter), a hammer.

1. Brake the car the parking brake and establish a protivootkatny emphasis ("boots") under back wheels. Raise a jack a forward part of the car and establish it on support. Remove forward wheels.

Prevention Weaken and tighten bolts of fastening of wheels only on the car standing on the earth.

2. Remove a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket (see. «Removal and installation of a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket»).

Note To remove a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket it is necessary because the bolt of its fastening at the same time to a longeron of a body attached also the back hinge of the lever of a suspension bracket. Besides, without a vypressovka of the rasporny plug from the hinge the lever cannot be disconnected from a cross-piece, and выпрессовать the plug from the knot established on the car, it is impossible.

3. Remove from a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket the stabilizer of cross-section stability (see. «Replacement of details of the stabilizer of cross-section stability of a forward suspension bracket»).

4. Turn out a bolt of forward fastening of the lever to a cross-piece.	5. A suitable opravka (it is possible to use a face head of suitable diameter from a tool kit) выпрессуйте from the back hinge of the lever the rasporny plug...

Note Strongly korrodirovanny or deformed rasporny plug replace.

6.... also disconnect the lever from a cross-piece.

Note As original levers of a forward suspension bracket deliver in the spare part assembled with rezinometallichesky hinges and saylentbloky, further dismantling of the lever is not meaningful.

7. Establish details as it should be, the return to removal, without tightening finally fastening of rezinometallichesky hinges of the lever.

8. Having lowered the car on the earth, several times strongly rock it. Finally tighten carving connections of a suspension bracket on the car standing on the earth, the moment specified in the appendix 1.

Note After replacement of the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket check and if necessary adjust corners of installation of wheels. Use services of the workshops having the special equipment.
