7.1.9. Replacement of details of the stabilizer of cross-section stability of a forward suspension bracket
1. Brake the car the parking brake and establish a protivootkatny emphasis ("boots") under back wheels. Raise a jack a forward part of the car and establish it on support. Remove forward wheels.

Prevention
Weaken and tighten bolts of fastening of wheels only on the car standing on the earth.

Note
To remove a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket it is necessary because to remove brackets of fastening of a bar of the stabilizer to a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket on the car it is impossible because of too small gap between brackets and the body basis.

|
3. Turn out on one bolt of brackets of fastening of a bar of the stabilizer to a cross-piece and turn on on one nut of fastening of racks of the stabilizer to suspension bracket levers.

4. Remove from stabilizer racks the bottom plates...
|
5.... and bottom rubber pillows.

Note
Strongly pressed out or hardened pillows replace.
|
6. Remove brackets of fastening of a bar of the stabilizer to a cross-piece...
|
Note
Strongly korrodirovanny, deformed brackets or with the damaged carving replace.
|
|
|
|
|
7.... also remove the stabilizer.
|
8. Remove from racks the top rubber pillows...
|
|
|
|
|
9.... and top plates.
|
10. Remove from a rack bar...
|
|
Note
If the carving of racks is damaged or are strongly deformed and their rubber plugs hardened, replace racks assembled.
|
11.... and rubber pillows of its fastening to a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket.
|
Note
Replace pillows if they are strongly deformed or hardened.
|
12. Establish details as it should be, the return to removal, bolts and nuts tighten the moment specified in the appendix 1.

Note
After replacement of details of the stabilizer of cross-section stability check and if necessary adjust corners of installation of wheels. Use services of the workshops having the special equipment.
