6.2.11. Repair of hinges of a drive of gear shifting

At increase in gaps in a gear shifting drive (fig. 6.6) appears vibration of the lever of gear shifting during movement, and also there is indistinct and complicated a gear shifting. In this case it is necessary to repair drive hinges.

It be required to you: keys «on 10», «on 13», a stripper of lock rings (or kruglogubets), a screw-driver with a flat edge.

1. Unfasten a screw-driver a clamp of the hinge of draft of a choice of transfers...	2.... also disconnect the hinge from a spherical support of the intermediate lever of a choice of transfers.

3. Unclench a screw-driver a spring clamp of draft of gear shifting...	4.... take a clamp from an opening of draft and disconnect draft from the gear shifting lever.

5. Mark mutual position of draft of the coulisse of a control lever by a transmission and naves of the lever of a choice of transfers not to break drive adjustment at return assembly.	6. Weaken an inhaling of a nut of a bolt of klemmovy connection of draft and the lever...

7.... also remove the lever of a choice of transfers from draft, at the same time deducing from its lead the buffer of the lever of gear shifting.	8. Turn out a forward bolt...

9.... and two back bolts of fastening of an arm of the mechanism of a drive of gear shifting...	10.... also remove an arm together with the gear shifting lever.

11. For repair of hinges of the lever of a choice of transfers unfasten a screw-driver a clamp of the hinge of draft of a choice of transfers...

12.... also remove the hinge from a spherical finger of the lever.

Note Draft of a choice of transfers is made assembled with hinges therefore at emergence люфтов in hinges replace draft assembled.

13. Wring out a screw-driver a spring clamp of an antisplash guard...	14.... also remove a guard from the lever.

15. Remove from a spherical finger of the lever a rubber dempfiruyushchy washer.

Note Strongly pressed out or hardened dempfiruyushchy washer replace.

16. Unscrew a nut of a bolt of klemmovy connection, take a bolt from openings of a coupling collar...	17.... also remove a collar from a lever nave.

18. For repair of hinges of the lever of gear shifting press пассатижами for the direct end of a spring clamp of draft of gear shifting...

19.... take a clamp from a draft opening...	20.... also disconnect draft from the lever.

21. Unscrew a nut of fastening of the lever to an axis...	22.... also remove the lever from an axis.

23. Unclench the ends of a spring clamp of an axis...	24.... remove a clamp...

25.... also take an axis from arm plugs.

Notes At damage or wear of the buffer of the lever replace its axis assembled with the buffer. At damage or wear of directing draft of the coulisse of a control lever with a transmission replace an arm assembled with directing, as knot connection not folding.

26. Take from arm openings plastic plugs of an axis of the lever of gear shifting.

Note Strongly worn-out plugs replace.

27. Collect a drive of management of a transmission and establish it on the car as it should be, the return to dismantling and removal. At connection of the lever of gear shifting with draft of the coulisse of a control lever a transmission combine the labels put before dismantling.
