6.2.13. Adjustment of a drive of management by a transmission

For adjustment of a drive of management by a transmission by manufacturer special adaptations for fixing in the certain provision of elements of a drive are provided. Therefore in case of violation of the adjustment, not allowing to include this or that transfer, address on service.

For the prevention of violation of adjustment of a drive, performing the works connected with separation of its elements, previously mark in any available way a relative positioning of details. At return assembly establish drive elements according to the put labels.

If adjustment of a drive was broken slightly and transfers though with difficulty, but join, in the presence of some skills at the performer it is possible to try to restore adjustment by a method of tests.

Weaken an inhaling of a nut of a coupling bolt of a collar of fastening of the lever of a choice of transfers of a drive to draft of the coulisse of a control lever a transmission and small movings of a nave of the lever on draft achieve accurate inclusion of transfers. If I indistinctly get out and the II transfers, turn the lever concerning draft clockwise (if to take a detached view of an engine drive) a little. At an indistinct choice of the V transfer and transfer of a backing turn the lever counter-clockwise. If accurately get out, but badly join (or I do not join at all), III, the V transfers and backing transfer, move the lever on draft back in the direction of movement of the car, without turning it concerning draft. At indistinct inclusion of II and IV transfers the lever move forward on draft. After each moving of the lever on draft tighten a nut of a coupling bolt of a collar and check result of adjustment. If necessary repeat adjustment before receiving demanded result.
