5.16.3. Replacement of the main exhaust silencer

You will need a key «on 13».

1. Remove a pillow of a suspension bracket of additional and main exhaust silencers (see. «Replacement of pillows of a suspension bracket of system of production of the fulfilled gases»).

2. Weaken an inhaling of a nut of a bolt of a collar...	3.... also shift a collar on an exhaust pipe of the additional exhaust silencer.

4. If it is necessary, a screw-driver slightly unbend petals of a reception pipe of the main exhaust silencer.

5. Separate pipes of exhaust silencers, overcoming elastic resistance of pillows of a suspension bracket.

6. Holding the main exhaust silencer, remove pillows of its suspension bracket (see. «Replacement of pillows of a suspension bracket of system of production of the fulfilled gases»)...

7.... also remove the main exhaust silencer from the car.

8. Establish the new main exhaust silencer as it should be, the return to removal.
