5.16.6. Replacement of a reception pipe

It be required to you: keys «on 10», «on 13», «on 22», a face head «on 16», a screw-driver with a flat edge.

1. Holding a key «on 10» bolts, unscrew a key «on 13» two nuts of fastening of a flange of a reception pipe to a converter flange, separate flanges and remove sealing laying.	2. A face head «on 16» unscrew three nuts of fastening of a flange of a reception pipe to a final collector.

Good advice Nuts of fastening of a flange of a reception pipe after long operation "burn" to hairpins. In order to avoid breakage of hairpins before an otvorachivaniye moisten carving connections by WD-40 liquid (or the structures similar to it) or kerosene. We recommend to replace at each dismantling of connections nuts new as sides of nuts can be crumpled and at the subsequent inhaling (otvorachivaniya) can break absolutely then will unscrew a nut very difficult.

3. Put forward from a block of the sensor of concentration of oxygen a clamp...	4.... also separate a block.

5. Remove from an arm of a reception pipe of a pillow of a suspension bracket (operation is shown at the removed converter of the fulfilled gases).	6. Shift a flange of a reception pipe from hairpins of a final collector and remove a pipe.

7. Remove sealing laying from a flange of a final collector.

Good advice Replace new sealing laying between flanges of a reception pipe, converter and a final collector at each dismantling of connection as strongly pressed out laying will not provide reliable consolidation.

8. A key «on 22» turn out from a reception pipe the sensor of concentration of oxygen and establish it on a new reception pipe.

9. Establish a reception pipe as it should be, the return to removal.
