5.8.1. Replacement of laying of a cover of a head of the block of cylindersIf an oil leak from under a cover of a head of the block of cylinders it was not possible to eliminate with a tightening of nuts of fastening of a cover, replace its laying.
It be required to you: a screw-driver, ïàññàòèæè, a key «on 10», a screw-driver with a crosswise edge.
1. Disconnect high-voltage wires from spark plugs, deduce wires from plastic holders on a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

2. Unscrew three nuts of fastening of the holder of high-voltage wires...
|
3.... also remove the holder.
|
|
|
|
|
4. Weaken an inhaling of a collar of fastening of a taking-away hose of ventilation of karterny gases...
|
5.... also remove a hose from a branch pipe on a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
|
|
|
|
|
6. Weaken a collar of fastening of a bringing hose of ventilation of karterny gases...
|
7.... also remove a hose from a branch pipe on a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
|
|
|
|
|
8. Turn out six bolts and three hairpins of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders to a head of the block of cylinders...
|
9.... also uncover a head.
|
|
|
|
|
10. Remove laying from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
|
11. Establish new laying of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and all earlier removed details upside-down. Tighten bolts and hairpins of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders in the sequence shown on a photo.
