5.8.6. Replacement of consolidation of an oil case

If leakage of oil through laying of an oil case it is not possible to eliminate with a tightening of bolts of its fastening, means, laying is strongly deformed and it is necessary to replace it.

Work carry out on a viewing ditch, a platform or whenever possible on the lift.

You will need a face head «on 10».

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.

2. Merge oil from the engine (see. «Oil replacement in the engine and the oil filter»).

3. Remove the forward amplifier of a case of coupling (see. «Removal and transmission installation»).

4. Remove a reception pipe (see. «Replacement of a reception pipe»).

5. Turn out eighteen bolts of fastening of an oil case...	6.... remove a case.

7. Remove case laying from a privalochny surface of the block of cylinders.

8. Remove the remains of old laying and hermetic (at its existence) from privalochny surfaces of the block of cylinders and an oil case. Carefully wipe rags oil from privalochny surfaces.

9. Lay new laying on a privalochny surface of an oil case.

10. Establish a case and evenly cross-wise tighten bolts, as is shown in fig. 5.5.

11. Establish all removed details as it should be, the return to removal.

12. Fill in oil in an engine case.

Prevention To start up the engine after replacement of consolidation of an oil case it is possible not earlier than in one hour, it is necessary for hermetic polymerization.
