10.10.3. Replacement of lamps

Prevention Before replacement of lamps in devices of illumination of the car disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.

For replacement of lamps of a block headlight execute the following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.

Notes Replacement of lamps of the left block headlight is shown. Lamps in the right block headlight are symmetrized, replace them similarly.

2. For convenience at replacement of lamps in the left block headlight remove from the car the storage battery (see. «Removal and installation of the storage battery»), and at replacement of lamps in the right block headlight – the air filter (see. «Removal and installation of the air filter»).

3. Compress a spring clamp of a block of a plait of wires.	4.... also disconnect a block from the socket of the index of turn.

5. Turn a cartridge of a lamp of the index of turn counter-clockwise...	6.... also take it from a block headlight.

7. Having pressed a lamp, turn it counter-clockwise...	8.... also take from the boss.

9. Establish a new lamp in a cartridge, and a cartridge in a block headlight.

10. Remove a rubber cover of a lamp of a driving beam of headlights.	11. Disconnect a block with wires from lamp conclusions.

12. Deduce a spring clamp from hooks on a reflector...	13.... cast away a clamp...

14.... also take a lamp of a driving beam.

Prevention Do not touch by fingers of a flask of a lamp as the galogenovy lamp strongly heats up and fatty spots will cause flask dimness. Take a lamp for a flask only in pure gloves or a pure rag. If on a lamp after all there were fatty spots, remove them with alcohol.

15. Insert a new lamp into a reflector and fix it the spring holder.

16. Take a cartridge of a lamp of dimensional light from an opening in a reflector.	17. Take a lamp from the boss.

18. Insert into a cartridge a new lamp and establish a cartridge into place.

19. Remove a rubber cover of a lamp of a passing beam of headlights.	20. Disconnect a block with wires from lamp conclusions.

21. Deduce a spring clamp from hooks on a reflector...	22.... cast away a clamp...

23.... also take a lamp of a passing beam.

24. Insert a new lamp into a reflector and fix it the spring holder.

For replacement of a lamp of a fog light execute the following.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.

2. Establish the car on the lift or a viewing ditch.

3. Turn a cover of a fog light counter-clockwise...	4.... also uncover.

5. Disconnect two blocks with wires from lamp conclusions.	6. Deduce a spring clamp from a hook on a reflector, cast away a clamp...

7.... also take a lamp of a fog light.

9. Establish a cover of a fog light and turn it clockwise against the stop.

For replacement of a lamp of a lateral lamp of the index of turn execute the following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.

2. Take the lateral index of turn from an opening in a wing (see. «Replacement of the lateral index of turn»).	3. Turn a cartridge of a lamp counter-clockwise...

4.... also take it from the index case.	5. Take a lamp from the boss.

6. Insert a new lamp into a cartridge, and a cartridge in the index case.

7. Establish a lateral lamp of the index of turn as it should be, the return to removal.

For replacement of any lamp in a back lamp execute the following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.

2. Open a back door.

3. Unbend a luggage carrier upholstery behind a back lamp.

Note Replacement of lamps of the index of turn, dimensional light and stoplight is for descriptive reasons shown on the removed lamp.

4. Turn a cartridge of a lamp of the index of turn counter-clockwise...	5.... also take it from a lamp.

6. Press a lamp, turn it counter-clockwise and take from the boss.

7. Establish a new lamp, having turned it clockwise before fixing in the boss.

Similarly replace a lamp of dimensional light and a stoplight (it is established in the red boss).

8. A screw-driver with a flat edge turn on 90 ° a clamp of a cover of a lamp...	9.... also cast away a cover.

10. Turn counter-clockwise a cartridge of a lamp of light of a backing...	11.... also take a cartridge from a lamp.

12. Having pressed a lamp, turn it counter-clockwise...	13.... also take from the boss.

14. Establish a new lamp, having turned it clockwise before fixing in the boss.

Similarly replace a lamp of antifog light (it is established in the green boss).

For replacement of lamps in lamps of illumination of registration plate execute the following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.

2. Turn out two screws of fastening...	3.... also take a lamp from an overlay of a door of a back.

4. Press a clamp of a block of a plait of wires...	5.... also disconnect a block from a lamp.

6. Take out a cartridge from the lamp case...	7.... also take from the boss a lamp of a lamp of illumination of registration plate.

8. Establish a new lamp in a cartridge.

9. Establish the removed details as it should be, the return to removal.

For replacement of lamps of an additional stoplight execute the following.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.

2. Compress two clamps...	3.... also disconnect a stoplight from a rasseivatel.

4. Take out fused lamp from the boss and establish the new.

5. Collect a stoplight upside-down.

For replacement of lamps of illumination of salon execute the following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.

2. Hook a plafond...	3.... and, overcoming resistance of clamps, remove a plafond of illumination of salon.

4. Turn counter-clockwise a cartridge of a lamp of a directional light...	5.... also take a cartridge with a lamp from a plafond.

6. Take a lamp from the boss, establish a new lamp and establish a cartridge in a plafond.

7. Wring out clamps of a rasseivatel...	8.... also remove a rasseivatel from a plafond.

9. Wring out spring contact and take a lamp.

10. Establish a lamp and a plafond as it should be, the return to removal.

For replacement of a lamp of illumination of a luggage compartment execute the following operations.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.

2. Hook a plafond of illumination of a luggage compartment...	3.... also take it from a nest.

4. Wring out spring contact and take a lamp.

5. Establish a lamp as it should be, the return to removal.
