4.3.5. Cleaning of system of ventilation of a case

Over time in system of ventilation of a case of the engine resinous deposits from the karterny gases, complicating removal of these gases in engine cylinders for burning collect. Because of it pressure of gases in the engine raises and there are oil leaks through consolidations. In order that it was not, periodically clear and wash out system.

It be required to you: a key «on 10», a screw-driver with a crosswise edge.

Good advice Clear system of ventilation of a case before each replacement of oil.

1. Uncover the air filter...	2.... also take filtering element (see. «Replacement of a filtering element of the air filter»).

3. Shift a cover of the filter of system of ventilation of a case.	4. Take the filter of system of ventilation of a case from the case of the air filter. Strongly polluted filter replace new.

5. Weaken a collar inhaling...	6.... also disconnect taking-away hose of system of ventilation from the union of the air filter.

7. Weaken a collar inhaling...	8.... also remove taking-away hose of system of ventilation of a case from the union of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

9. Remove airbringing sleeve (see. «Removal and installation of the air filter»).	10. Weaken an inhaling of collars of fastening of hoses to a separator of system of ventilation of a case.

11. Disconnect from a separator a hose which is taking away karterny gases in the case of the air filter...	12.... a hose which is taking away karterny gases in an inlet sleeve...

13.... a hose bringing karterny gases to a separator...	14.... and a hose which is taking away karterny gases in the inlet pipeline.

15. Compress the unbent short moustaches of a collar of fastening of a bringing hose of system of ventilation of a case, shift a collar on a hose...	16.... also remove a hose from a branch pipe of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

17. Similarly disconnect bringing hose from a branch pipe of the block of cylinders.

18. Disconnect taking-away hoses from branch pipes of the case of the air filter and the inlet pipeline.

19. Wash out hoses and a separator of system of ventilation of a case gasoline or kerosene, blow the compressed air and dry. Clean openings of unions and branch pipes for connection of branch pipes.	20. Uncover heads of the block of cylinders (see. «Replacement of laying of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders of the engine»).

Good advice At each removal of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders replace its laying new.

21. Wash out gasoline or kerosene an internal surface of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and its branch pipes.

22. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and hoses of system of ventilation of a case as it should be, the return to removal.
