4.3.14. Replacement of a belt of a drive of the generator and conditioner compressor

Replacement of a belt of a drive of the generator and the conditioner compressor manufacturer is not regulated. Replace a belt if at survey strong wear of working surfaces, anguishes or emergence of threads of a cord is found.

It be required to you: a face head «on 17» with a vorotok, a core in diameter of 2-3 mm.

1. Remove protection of a case of the engine (see. «Removal and installation of protection of a case of the engine»).

2. Remove the right forward wheel (see. «Wheel replacement»).

3. Remove the right forward podkrylok (see. «Removal and installation of mudguards of wheels and podkrylok»).

4. Remove a belt of a drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering (see. «Replacement of a belt of a drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering»).

5. Put on a face head «on 17» with a vorotok a ledge of the case of the tension mechanism.	6. Weaken a belt tension for what turn the tension mechanism clockwise.

7. Remove a belt of a drive of the generator and the conditioner compressor from a generator pulley.	8. Establish the tension mechanism in a starting position under the influence of a spring and remove from the car a belt of a drive of the generator and the conditioner compressor.

9. Turn the tension mechanism clockwise before combination of openings in the case of the mechanism and the lever of a tension roller and fix the mechanism in such situation by a core of suitable diameter.

10. Establish a new belt and take out fixing core.

11. Establish a belt of a drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering and adjust its tension (see. «Check and adjustment of a tension of a belt of a drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering»).
