5.14.12. Check and replacement of a regulator of idling

The regulator consists of the bipolar step-by-step electric motor and the konusny valve connected to it. On a signal of the electronic control unit the engine the electric motor moves the valve, changing thereby section of the air channel through passage.
It be required to you: a screw-driver with a crosswise edge, a tester.
1. At the switched-off ignition wring out a clamp of a block of a motor plait of wires...
2... also disconnect a block from a regulator.
3. Include ignition and measure by a tester in a voltmeter mode tension between a conclusion And blocks and "mass" of the car.
4. Repeat measurement serially for other conclusions of a block (B, C and D). Tester indications for these four measurements should be within 0,4–12 Century.
5. Switch a tester in a mode of an ohmmeter and measure resistance between conclusions of A and the D regulator, and then between conclusions of B and C. Resistance should be in limits (53±5,3) Ohm.
6. For replacement of a regulator turn out two screws of its fastening to throttle knot...
7.... also take a regulator from an opening of throttle knot.

Note
Pay attention to that connection is condensed with a rubber ring 1. Do not try to extend or press the valve 2 regulators — it can put a regulator out of action.

8. Clear a saddle, the air channel in throttle knot and a surface under a sealing ring of a regulator of pollution.
9. Grease a sealing ring with engine oil and establish a regulator as it should be, the return to removal. Screws of fastening of a regulator tighten the moment of 3-4 N · m.
