5.14.9. Removal, installation and check of nozzlesThe following signs of malfunction of nozzles are possible:
– the complicated start-up of the engine;
– unstable operation of the engine;
– engine глохнет idling;
– the increased frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft idling;
– the engine does not develop the full capacity, insufficient acceleration performance of the engine;
– breakthroughs and failures in operation of the engine at car movement;
– the increased fuel consumption;
– the raised contents WITH and SN in the fulfilled gases;
– kalilny ignition because of a leakage of nozzles.

1. Previously check serviceability of windings of nozzles. For this purpose disconnect from nozzles of a block of a plait of wires, having compressed their spring clamps.

2. Check resistance of a winding of a nozzle. It should be 13,8–15,2 Ohm ±10 a serviceable nozzle % at temperature of 23 °C. If resistance of a nozzle does not correspond to norm, replace a nozzle as it is not maintainable.

Note
Nozzle check in a form of a sprayed torch of fuel and on tightness carry out at specialized service stations, as such check directly on the car very much пожароопасна.

5.... also remove a nozzle clamp.

6. Take a nozzle shaft from a stage opening. Similarly remove other nozzles.
Note
Pay attention to marking of nozzles. New nozzles get with the same marking.

7. At each removal of nozzles surely replace the top and bottom sealing rings.
8. If establish former nozzles, accurately wash out their sprays solvent or a carburetor cleaner.
Prevention
Washing of nozzles by an okunaniye in washing structure in order to avoid damage of their electric part is not allowed.

9. Establish nozzles as it should be, the return to removal. Before installation of nozzles grease with engine oil sealing rings.
10. Having established nozzles in a fuel stage, and a stage on the inlet pipeline and having connected a fuel hose to a stage, start up the engine and check tightness of connection of a fuel hose and consolidations of nozzles.
